The Possibilities Programme
Act One. Discovery
What is happening in your life NOW?
How you got here. Unpeeling the complexities
This is a conversation to lay the foundations.
Find out what you might be aiming for. Do you have a goal or is exploration and discovery the purpose?
This session will lay the foundations of our work together.
It is never set in stone. It changes and adapts as you progress through the programme.
Project One. Visualise. Get Creative
Create a vision board
Take a holiday from the everyday.
Be Creative
What do you love but don’t give time to, putting ideas into a ‘can’t do that’ box?
This exercise really helps you reconnect with what you may not have given much thought to, in focusing on just getting through the day to day.
I will provide you with a virtual box of ideas.
Act One. The story to today.
What have you found out?
About the things you love and the things that are
unhelpful to you.
What lights you up. What drags you down?
Are you closer to knowing what you might want?
What will you choose for your life?

Narrative Story
Project 2 Act 1
Construct your life in scenes.
From childhood to where you are right now
What have you done to get to today?
Don’t discount anything.
What is a recurrent theme of choices you make?
What moved you forward or held you back
What works?
What have you learnt?
What goes forward, what gets left behind, discarded as no longer useful and why? What would have been useful that wasn’t in the story?
What was non negotiable?
Set up Project 3 Act 2 Narrative: Imagine.
Act 2 What do you want the outcome to be by the end of this act and the start of the new story.
What could you do to make this happen.
Are there new ideas to feed in?
Try out different story arcs. What fits you best?
How did you get there?
What did you need to do to get to the end of this
Act?
Who is the character which best represents you in this story going forward?
I help you move onto considering your desired outcome and how to bring it to life.
Where are you going?
Are there several possibilities?
I give you ideas to decide what you want to start.
Set Up Project 4. Act 3 Planning
Start to write, visualise, plan your future
What are you doing?
What does it look like, sound like, feel like?
Who else is there. Where is it?
Imagining a real place of your choosing makes your brain start to believe it. This is real now.

Bringing together all you have learnt about yourself. Instigate well formed outcomes. Cherry-pick from all the options which work best for you. Put to work the strategies you can use to choose your own future.
Make this real now. Plan how you are going to start.
Try out different scenarios in writing or vision boards to bring this to reality.
Ongoing models and tools to keep you on track
Models, tools, thinking, strategies for self confidence, holistic possibilities to start your chosen future.
This is a beginning.
Whenever you feel a wobble, a waver, an impostor syndrome annoying voice use these to get you back on track because you know you can do this.
